Public Outreach through the Media

What motivates us to share our research through the media?

1) Much of our work is supported by public funds and we feel obligated to share our findings with those who have helped pay for the research.

2) We hope we can help folks understand the importance of our research to their everyday lives.

3) We hope we can raise awareness about animal welfare and conservation to assure that the species we work with will be here for future generations to enjoy.
